I’ve been levelling smithing on one of my mules. I’ve finally reached 60 with very little losses (guesstimated 200k loss). It took me a long time because I chose to skill up on items that sell for profit on the AH but take a long time to sell.
I wonder how far I can go until I have to experience huge losses.
It’s kind of fun doing this slowly and making small profits along the way.
Let’s see if I can take it to 100 without spending millions!
::snorts it::
Hey! That’s a smart idea! I speed-leveled Cooking 100+1 and Woodworking 82/Alchemy 54 on two mules. Skilled up off the cheapest stuff possible (a.k.a. 75%+ ingredients could be bought from NPCs). I dunno how much I lost, but Cooking must have been around 200k. Woodworking, I dunno, but I did lose EXP in Mamook. (xD)
Congratarulations, Wyred! (^ ^)
thanks :D
Thinking back now, cooking is a lot easier and profitable to level. I just finished taking one of my ingredients mule’s cooking to 40 so I don’t HQ Buffalo Jerky for Carbonara.
Its me… your inspiration…..
all I have to say is…..
YOU WILL PHAIL!!!!
eat this!
*flings poo at Wally*
Good job!
I had fun doing the same with Alchemy. Lost no gil and actually came out a bit richer… It just took so damn long.
thanks :D
Alchemy is also another profitable craft. But sadly, we have a few alchemy RMTs spamming all the profitable consummable items.
Same goes with Woodworking. (-_-)
And I might have to take a mule to a relatively low-level cooking so that I don’t HQ other ingredients… like said buffalo jerky and tortilla. *lol* (>_<;)
Tortilla? The one for tavnazian taco? I just buy them off an NPC. It’s about 100gil each. lol
